The 2008 MAX Show is still on at the Monroeville ExpoMart, however, the Radisson Hotel has been sold and is closing for renovations. Participants who were previously registered in the Hotel will be moved to either the Comfort Inn or the Holiday Inn; both of which are nearby and will provide shuttle service to the ExpoMart. For more info on the shuttle bus schedule, see below.

The closing of the Radisson Hotel was completely beyond MAX's control and we are making this notification to you, our attendees, only moments after we were notified ourselves.

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience that will be experienced by the rooms being moved from the Radisson to another hotel. The Radisson Hotel will be notifying those affected by letter.

The Comfort Inn is just a few minutes away from the ExpoMart. It is located at 699 Rodi Road, Pittsburgh, PA. Call them directly at 412-244-1600.

Express Shuttle, a division of the Pittsburgh Transportation Group, is providing transportation for Max Show attendees from Pittsburgh International Airport to the Holiday Inn Monroeville, Comfort Inn on Rodi Road, and the Expo Mart. To book a reservation, please use the following procedure:

Call 412/472-3180 or email: airport_dispatch@pghtrans.com. The cost is $40 one way, and $75 roundtrip. The reservation must be guaranteed with a CC. If the reservation is cancelled more than two hours prior to departure, you will not be charged.

When you arrive, go to the Express Shuttle counter on the lower level, landside of the Airport, near the car rental counters and check in.

Wed., 10/1: noon—6PM

Thurs., 10/2: 9AM—3PM

From the ExpoMart, Holiday Inn Monroeville and Comfort Inn, Rodi Road, to the Airport

Sat., 10/4: noon—4 PM

Sun.,10/5: noon—3 PM

If you need transportation from Pittsburgh International Airport to either of the Monroeville properties listed or others in the area, you may also make a reservation for transportation in a sedan or for a group by calling 412/444-4444. If you want to take Express Shuttle, but your arrival does not coincide with the scheduled service times, we will try and accommodate you based on the availability of equipment, and other attendees that will be arriving.
